Ingredients
- 9 peeled tomatoes from the vine
- 1/2 sweet onion chopped finely
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 sprigs of fresh oregano
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tblsp onion powder
- 1 tblsp italian seasoning
- 1 tblsp sugar (I prefer sugar sweetener)
- Add optional Italian sausage, ground beef or mushrooms
