Ingredients: Step 1/8 Cook bacon according to package; Step 2/8 While bacon is cooking, chop onions and wash + cube potatoes; Step 3/8 Pour 1/2 of bacon drippings into pan. Set bacon off to side on paper towels; Step 4/8 Brown onions in bacon drippings; Step 5/8 Add potatoes, onions, and water in a big pot. Cook on medium/medium high heat (covered) for 15min until potatoes are tender; Step 6/8 Stir in chicken soup (once chicken is in pot, fill the 2 cans with milk) pour milk into pot, then add salt; Step 7/8 Heat (but do not boil) until everything is warmed; Step 8/8 Rip bacon into big 1 inch pieces and add into pot
