• 4 Small ciabatta square sandwich buns
• ½ cup pickles
• 2 cups panko bread crumbs
• 4 oz cajun seasoning
• 5 whole eggs - beaten
• 1 oz whole milk
• 1 tbsp garlic salt
• 3 cups canola oil
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 lemon juiced
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 small bunch fresh basil
• 1 pinch black pepper
