Greek Chicken Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce - Faxo

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground chicken
• 1/4 c. whole wheat panko crumbs, or favorite bread crumbs
• 1/4 c. grated onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 T. fresh parsley, finely chopped
• zest of 1/2 lemon
• 1 t. dried oregano
• 1/2 t. ground coriander
• 1/2 t. cumin
• pinch of salt and black pepper
• 1 large egg
• 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 1/2 c. plain full-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 c. grated cucumber
• 1 1/2 T. chopped fresh dill
• 1/2 medium lemon, juiced (use the lemon from the meatball recipe)
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. black pepper
• drizzle extra virgin olive oil, for garnish
