- 200 g beef bacon strips, sliced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 100 g button mushrooms, sliced
- Handful of fresh Basil, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
