Gouda Mac & Cheese - Gilbert's Craft Sausages

Ingredients

• 1 lb cavatappi, fussili or similar
• 3-4 links Gilbert’s Smoked Gouda Chicken Sausage
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1/4 c flour
• 2 c milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 and 1/2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 3/4 c smoked gouda cheese (shredded).
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 c seasoned panko (can sub crushed crackers)
