• 1 handfull Gingerbread Men , to decorate
• 50 g Gingernut Biscuits
• 200 g Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
• 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Ground Ginger
• 2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
• 1 pinch Salt
• 270 g Self-Raising Flour
• 100 g Unsalted Butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 50 ml Vegetable Oil
• 230 ml Cream Cheese , at room temperature
• 370 g Icing Sugar
• 120 g Unsalted Butter , at room temperature
