Ingredients

• 1 orange juice of
• generous squeeze Fresh lemon juice
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• 1/2 small red onion finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
• 8 cups Fresh spinach
• 1 1/2 pounds Salmon boneless, cut into 4 pieces
• 2 tablespoons Olive oil
• 1 avocado thinly sliced, sprinkled w/juice of 1/2 orange
