Lion’s Mane Tacos with Citrus Slaw / Heirloom Farmers Markets

Ingredients

• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ of the above Citrus Marinade
• Small corn tortillas
• 2 cups of greens, thinly sliced (we used kale, brussels sprouts, and broccoli leaves)
• 1 carrot, shredded
• ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
• Remaining Citrus Marinade
• 1-2 tbsp mayo (optional)
