Honey cake with orange and walnuts - Jakobsens - Ren Natur

Ingredients

• Honeycomb:
• 100 g Jakobsens Danish Honey
• 100 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 250 g wheat flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1,5 tsp cinnamon, ground
• 1 tsp. cloves, ground
• 1/2 tsp. ginger, crushed
• 1 pinch of salt
• 50 g walnuts, chopped
• Peel from 1 organic orange
• ½ dl orange juice
• Buttercream:
• 150 g soft butter
• 120 g icing sugar
• 1 vanilla pod
• 2 pasteurised egg yolks
