Tomatillo Turkey Chili

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds tomatillos
• 2 inches jalapeno peppers
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 inch chipotle pepper adobo sauce
• 6 cups cooked shredded turkey
• 15 ounces canned black beans
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 cup gluten-free beer - optional
• 2 cups diced tomato puree
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• some salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup cilantro
