• 250 grams medium size orzo
• 50 ml olive oil
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 4 white mushrooms, finely sliced
• 2 zucchini, finely chooped
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1/2 glass of white wine
• 600 ml vegetable stock
• Orange zest
• Olive oil
• Salt
