When you don't quite feel like an entire cheeseburger, or a sausage roll, but you do want a bit of both, this is your go to! Great party food!
Ingredients
- 1 Batch Puff Pastry or 4 sheets of commercial puff pastry
- 75 Grams parmesan cheese cubed
- 75 Grams mature cheddar cheese cubed
- 1 brown onion peeled and halved
- 120 Grams dill pickles of choice
- 150 Grams bacon roughly chopped
- 80 Grams Yellow Mustard
- 80 Grams Fermented Ketchup or good old fashioned bought tomato ketchup
- 500 Grams lean beef mince
- egg wash as needed
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
