• 500 Grams lamb leg, cut into cubes, frozen
• 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
• 500 Grams Puff Pastry or best commercial puff pastry
• 1 eggs beaten with a little milk, for egg wash
• Poppy seeds to garnish
