Ingredients

• Pizza Dough
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Five Roses bread flour
• 1 tsp (5 mL) Fleischmann's quick rise yeast
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) butter
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) warm water
• Pear Topping
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter melted
• 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) sliced pears drained
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) packed brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) walnuts or pecans chopped
• vanilla ice cream optional
