Berries and Potted Cream - Alberta Milk

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp (7 g) unflavoured gelatin
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) cool water
• 2 cups (500 ml) 35% cream
• 1 cup (250 ml) milk
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh raspberries
