• 200g Cooked, peeled prawns
• 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 Zest of lemon
• 2 Fillets of cooked hot smoked salmon
• 150g Creme fraiche
• 50g Cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp Horseradish sauce
• 1 lemon Lemon zest
• 1 tbsp Chopped fresh dill
• 4 Gherkins
• 600g Full fat cream cheese
• 30g Soft butter
• 5 slices Smoked salmon
• 3 Sliced hard boiled eggs or quails eggs
• 10 slices Cucumber, sliced
• 6 Radish, sliced
• 3 Fresh parsley sprigs
