Ingredients

• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup catsup or chili sauce
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 2 tsp fresh chives, diced
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 tsp horseradish
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• A couple dashes of hot sauce (optional)
• 8 slices of rye bread
• About 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 lb cooked corned beef, sliced
• 1 cup sauerkraut
• 12 ounces s Swiss cheese, sliced
