Ingredients
- 2 small new potatoes
- 3 spring green onions, sliced thin
- 2 large stalks celery, sliced thin
- 10 oz crème fraiche, sour cream or greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley and basil (1 tablespoon each if using dried)
- salt and pepper to taste
