Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups (11 1/4 ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 1/2cups (10 1/2 ounces) sugar
• 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into small pea-sized pieces
• 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted and still warm
• 1/3 cup coconut oil (can sub with vegetable oil)
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
