• 1 large potato – peeled & diced (or 16 oz package cubed fresh potatoes)
• 1 can (19 oz) garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
• 1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt’s diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, undrained
• 3 cups Kitchen Basics Natural beef stock
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 cup zucchini, diced
