- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 package of yeast (or 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast)
- 3 cups of whole milk (scalded — not hot)
- 5 cups of bread flour
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar + 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 Tablespoon salt
