- 1 ½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon bbq spice powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon Portuguese peri peri spice powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon orange pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 3 tblspns yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon mint sauce
- 1 teaspoon kasturi Methi (Fenugreek) (optional)
- 3 tblspns mustard oil
- pinch of red an yellow colour(optional)
