Ingredients

• 1kg lambchops or steak
• 3tsps lemon juice(bottle)
• 3tsps vinegar
• 1 ½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
• salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon bbq spice powder
• 1 ½ tablespoon Portuguese peri peri spice powder
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 ½ tblspns Amina’s wonderspice steak and chops marinade
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 3 tblspns yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon mint sauce
• 3 tblspns mustard oil
• pinch of red an yellow colour(optional)
