• ¾ cup strawberry compote
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• ¾ cup milk
• pink food coloring
• 1 block cream cheese, softened
• 1 stick butter, softened
• ¼ cup strawberry compote
• 4 ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pinch kosher salt
• 8 full fresh strawberries, for garnish
• Whipped cream, for garnish
