• 3/4 cup Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling
• 2 cups + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 7 Tbsp very cold and cubed, unsalted butter
• 1 egg
• 2/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp mashed peach fruit filling
• 3 Tbsp heavy cream
• pinch of salt
