Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew
This is one of my favorite coffee drink recipes. It's not one of my usual healthy recipes, but it's worth indulging in occasionally.
Ingredients
- 1/4 C heavy cream
- 12oz cold brew coffee
- 2 tsp salted caramel sauce, plus more for serving (recipe below)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- ice
- 1 C maple sugar
- 1/4 C water
- 3/4 C heavy cream
- 4 T cold butter, diced
- 1 tsp fleur de sel salt
