Name: Salted Caramel Ice Cream
Ingredients: 2 Cups heavy cream; 1 Cup whole milk; 3/4 Cup sugar; 1 TBSP vanilla extract; 5 Egg yolks; 1/2 TSP extra coarse salt + a few extra pinches at the end to garnish on top; 3/4 Cup caramel sauce + more at the end to garnish on top and during the churning process if you would like.
