  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 16 floz milk
  • 12 oz lean cooked ham (diced)
  • 4 eggs (hard-boiled and coarsely chopped)
  • 12 oz potatoes (boiled and cut into 2 cm (3/4 inch) cubes)
