• 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1⁄2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1⁄2 chopped onion
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
• 1⁄2 tsp salt
• 1⁄2 tbsp garlic powder
