• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 pound cubed kielbasa or turkey kielbasa
• 1 pound cubed cooked chicken
• 2 (14.5 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes, with liquid
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 can each of dark red kidney beans, great Northern beans and garbanzo beans
