Pea Soup | Recipes for Food

Ingredients

• 3 strips of bacon (but maybe you want 4?)
• 1 zucchini (chopped)
• 1 yellow squash (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup lightly packed parsley
• 1/2 cup lightly packed mint
• Bag of frozen Peas (3 or 4 cups)
• 4 cups of chicken broth (homemade if you have it!)
• Chives (chopped)
