Ingredients

• 1 small yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2-3 tablespoons half & half cream
• 1 (17 oz) package of gnocchi
• 1/2 cup Ligurian Pesto
• 6 oz mozzarella (fresh or shredded)
