• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. Liquid smoke
• 1 tsp. Stone ground mustard
• 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper

• 2 Leafs of lettuce
• 4 Slices of tomato
• Ciabbatta or pretzel roll
