Carnivore Custard Recipe - Menu at the table

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream (or half cream + half whole milk if tolerated)
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 1–2 tbsp powdered egg yolk or extra yolks (optional, for richness)
• Pinch of salt
• Optional (if not strict carnivore): ½ tsp vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon
