This is SO easy and so delicious. My boys aren't big soup eaters but this is so filling they actually request it. I've even made double batches to satisfy this

- 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
- 3 cup(s) milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cold water
