- 100g Moser Roth organic 71% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 100g cream cheese
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- Candied orange slices (see recipe below), optional
- 1 orange, cut into ½cm slices
- 120g White Mill caster sugar
