Honey Soy Chicken with Rice - Beeyond the Hive

Ingredients

• 5-6 Chicken Breast ((cut into 1 inch cubes))
• 4 TBS Olive Oil
• 2 cloves Garlic ((minced))
• 1 cup Water
• 1/3 cup Honey ((Beeyond the Hive is best))
• 1/2 cup Apple Juice
• 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
• 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
• 1/3 cup Ketchup
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 TBS Corn Starch
• 2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (**optional**)
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1-2 cups Rice of your choice! (( I used Jasmine))
