- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 can whole peeled tomatoes
- 100g tomato paste
- 250ml (1 cup) cream
- 125ml (½ cup) kalamata olives, chopped
- 125ml (¼ cup) caper berries
- 125ml (½ cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1L (4 cups) cooked penne pasta
- 45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- 5ml (1 tsp) salt and pepper
