Santa's Cookies & Milk Cups
A special treat to put out for Christmas Eve. This unique cookie is inspired by the trend of ‘cookies and milk shots’ but with an airy buttercream can be entirely make-ahead.

- 1/2 cup (125 mL) GAY LEA - Salted Butter, softened
- 1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (250 mL) all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup (250 mL) icing sugar
