Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed Wee Red Barn berries (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries) -fresh or frozen
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yoghurt ( vanilla ice cream if you're feeling naughty!)
- 1 1/2 cups of milk - adjust for your own preference if you like thick smoothies add less, if you like them runny add a bit more.
