Meatballs with Asian Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup coconut aminos
• 1 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic (dried, granulated)
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon fennel seeds (ground to powder)
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/4 cup sesame oil (toasted (dark))
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1 medium onion (yellow, finely chopped)
• 1 cup sunflower seeds (shelled)
• 2 pounds ground beef (grass-fed if possible)
• 1 teaspoon thyme (fresh, chopped)
• 1 teaspoon sage (dry rubbed (or 2 teaspoons fresh))
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (medium grind)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
