Ingredients

• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 cup sliced courgettes
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 1/3 cup chopped carrots
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 vegetable stock cube, or vegetable gravy granules
• 1/2 tsp basil, dried crushed
• 1/4 tsp celery seed
• 1/4 tsp thyme or marjoram, crushed
• 1 dash of pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
