• 8 Chicken drumsticks
• 3 Small red chillies
• 1 Small red onion
• 4 Spring onions
• 4 Garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 Thumb-sized piece fresh ginger
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 Juice of lime
• 1/2 tspn Ground allspice
• 1 tspn Runny honey
• 1 pinch Sea salt
• 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
