Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1/2 medium Red Onion – diced
• 1/2 medium Green Bell Pepper – diced
• 1 rib Celery – diced
• 2 cloves of Fresh Garlic – minced
• 1 tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon of Seasoned Salt
• 1 lb of Mild or Hot Italian Sausage – out of the casing
• 2.5 cups of cooked Long Grain Rice
• 2 tablespoons of Chicken Stock or Water
