Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• ¾ cup Sizzle
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
• 1¾ cup flour
• ¾ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ cup chocolate chunks (swap in dairy free chocolate if you like!)
• Flakey sea salt to garnish (we love Maldon)
