Shrimp and Tomato Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients

• For the shrimp:
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 6 shrimp
• salt
• pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• For the cocktail:
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup chicken stock
• 3 tablespoons of vodka
• 1 celery stick, chopped
• 1 tablespoon horseradish, shredded
• 1 small spring onion, chopped
• 6 pitted black olives for garnishing
