Lynn's Recipes - Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 4 cups of apples, peeled and cut up
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup of chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 2 Tablespoons of vanilla
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
