Ingredients

• 1 kilo tri-tip
• 200 ml soy sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 3 spring onions finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp mirin
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp sambal manis
• 1 thumb-sized piece ginger grated
