Delicious Empanadas filled with Ham, Cheese, and Hard Boiled Egg

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
• 4-5 tablespoons ice water
• 1 cup diced ham
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
